After a lot of research I decided to do a 2.5 level kit with coil springs and Blistein shocks with some 37x12.5 Ridge Grapplers. Ride quality has actually improved over stock so I am highly impressed.That half inch up front won't make a difference whatsoever. The 2020 F250 uses a shorter rear block, looks to be 2" vs. the 17-19 3.25". That difference again, has no affect on 37's but might give a saggy rear look with 2.5" up front. They do rub on full turn on the leafsprings but that's because the are 14" wide. I beleive if I had 12 or 12.5 wide they wouldn't rub on the leafsprings. The only way I see you could run 37"s with 4" of lift is as stated, by trimming your fender wells.
