Just an update: (2nd June) We tried again today using Firefox to get onto the SBCGlobal (yahoo) account and everything went as it should :-) This leads me to believe that 'something' has changed/been fixed/ choose any one of those, but probably nobody will admit to any 'problems' but there was one somewhere!!. Thank you to whoever managed to solve it - even if they won't admit it!!.
