Regardless, the quest does not complete when you leave the club as you should. I have attempted replaying the quest from previous saves.Early on, in Watson while it's locked down, I found that unarmed fisting was remarkably effective, if not entirely reliable. If you stick to body shots, the odds of them surviving are better. Sir John Phalstaff is without a doubt the most fun way to non-lethally take down a cyberpsycho.
