The rail for the p365, the p365X and the p365 XL is the same. Only difference is the grip length of the p365 is shorter than the other two. The Macro is the only one with a pic rail. A traditional comp (attached to barrel) is able to redirect a larger amount of gas than slide comps. If you feel a difference shooting a comped p365 slide vs regular, you will feel a huge difference with this or the pmm comp. Also additional forward weight will help too.PMM VS Herrington Arms.
