I mailed my broken glasses to Columbus OH for repair on 5/16/24. I received a call on 5/18 regarding the necessary repair and cost. My glasses were repaired and mailed back on 5/20, received on 5/22. I believe this is the third time that I have had a pair of glasses repaired here.
